Honeywell Convair 580 N580HW at Phoenix Sky Harbor

Honeywell's Convair 580, N580HW made a round rtip flight from Phoenix Sky Harbor to Albuquqerque on May 22, 2018. A parade of Canadair Regional Jets preceded its arrival. In the late afternoon, I returned to the airport to photograph Southwest's Louisiana One 737.
United Boeing 737-924 N39418 first flew on March 5, 2008. Its construction number is 33456. It was delivered to Continental Airlines on March 14, 2008. It was merged into the United fleet on November 10, 2011.
American Eagle Canadair Regional Jet 900ER N903FJ was delivered to Freedom Airlines on April 28, 2003. Its construction number is 15003. It was transferred to Mesa Airlines on February 5, 2004.

Frontier Airlines acquired it on August 9, 1966 and converted it to a Convair 580 on December 11, 1966. Gem State Airlines acquired it on May 16, 1979 and registered it as N116GS in September 1979. Gem State was renamed Golden Gate Airlines on January 16, 1980. Aspen Airways acquired it in Feruary 1984 and registered it as N113AP in August 1984. Renown Aviation Incorporated acquired it on March 25, 1991. Terry Cedar acquired it on December 4, 1991. Allied Signal acquired it on January 28, 1992 and registered it as N580AS in November 1992. Honeywell International Incorporated acquired it on Februar 28, 2000 and registered it as N580HW on December 7, 2010. It is powered by a pair of Allison 501-D13D turbo-prop engines.
FedEx Express Airbus A300-622R N722FD first flew on September 20, 1988. Its construction number is 479. It was delivered to Korean Airl as HL7288 on December 13, 1988. Korean Airl changed its registration to HL7535 on December 16, 1997. IAP flew it to Dresden for conversion to a freighter on November 21, 2001. Federal Express registered it as N722FD on June 20, 2002.
